Ingredients

  • 400 g Organically Grown Cabbage (Patta Gobhi)
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Turmeric - Haldi Powder
  • 10 kg Pansari Fresh Chakki Atta (0% Maida)
  • 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop 500 g of cabbage and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add a pinch of garam masala and let it sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped cabbage to the pan, sprinkle with 1 tsp of salt, and stir well. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine 200 g of whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to form a soft dough.
  5. 5. Roll the dough into small dumplings and steam them for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  6. 6. Add the steamed dumplings to the cooked cabbage and gently mix to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  7. 7. Serve the cabbage stir-fry with dumplings warm as a hearty dinner option.
