Ingredients
- 100 g Mother Dairy Salted Butter
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 2 Pieces Daily Apple
- 200 g Organically Grown Raw Mango
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
- 2. Peel, core, and slice the apples and raw mangoes. Arrange them evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- 3. In a small saucepan, melt 120 g of butter over low heat. Stir in 3/4 cup (150 g) of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of curry powder until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- 4. Pour the curry-spiced butter mixture evenly over the arranged fruits in the casserole dish, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- 5. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the fruits are tender and the sauce is bubbling.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as a side dish or dessert.
