Ingredients

  • 100 g Mother Dairy Salted Butter
  • 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
  • 2 Pieces Daily Apple
  • 200 g Organically Grown Raw Mango
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
  • 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. 2. Peel, core, and slice the apples and raw mangoes. Arrange them evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  3. 3. In a small saucepan, melt 120 g of butter over low heat. Stir in 3/4 cup (150 g) of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of curry powder until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. 4. Pour the curry-spiced butter mixture evenly over the arranged fruits in the casserole dish, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  5. 5. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the fruits are tender and the sauce is bubbling.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm as a side dish or dessert.
