Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Onion
- - Besan
- 1 kg Potato
- 50G Green Chilies
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 g Table Salt
- Pcs Ajwain 50g
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and onions.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture to form a thick batter.
- 4. Add the sliced potatoes and onions to the batter and mix well to coat them evenly.
- 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- 6. Drop spoonfuls of the coated potato and onion mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- 7. Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
