- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 g Table Salt
- 45 g Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop 2 cups of fresh methi leaves (fenugreek leaves). Set them aside.
- 2. Peel and dice 3 medium-sized potatoes into small cubes. Rinse them thoroughly and keep them aside.
- 3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium flame. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and let them splutter.

- 6. Add the chopped methi leaves to the pan. Mix well and cook uncovered for another 5-7 minutes until the methi leaves wilt and the potatoes are fully cooked.
- 7. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp garam masala and adjust salt as needed. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 8. Turn off the heat and serve hot with roti or rice.
