Ingredients
- 3 pcs Cucumber Green
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 2 Pieces Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - Protected Cultivation
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
- 200 g Whole Farm Premium Black Small Mustard Seeds
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 500 ml I'Mwow Apple Cider Vinegar (With Mother)
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 1 pack (100 g) Zoff Big Fennel Seeds Whole - Saunf
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup diced cucumber, 3 cups shredded cabbage, 1 diced bell pepper, and 2 grated carrots. Mix well to combine.
- 2. In a small saucepan, combine 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup cider vinegar, and 1/2 cup sugar.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is warmed through. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- 4. Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the vegetables in the bowl. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
- 5. Transfer the relish to an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Serve chilled as a side dish or a light dinner option. Enjoy!
