Ingredients
- 1 pack (200 g) Daily Good Makai Popcorn | Popcorn Kernels
- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pot with a lid over medium heat and add 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover the pot and shake occasionally until all the kernels have popped, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of cumin powder to create the spice blend.
- 3. Lightly spray the popcorn with cooking spray to help the spices stick.
- 4. Sprinkle half of the spice blend over the popcorn and toss well to coat evenly.
- 5. Repeat the process by spraying the popcorn again and adding the remaining spice blend. Toss until the popcorn is fully coated.
