Ingredients

  • 1 pack (200 g) Daily Good Makai Popcorn | Popcorn Kernels
  • 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
  • 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large pot with a lid over medium heat and add 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover the pot and shake occasionally until all the kernels have popped, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of cumin powder to create the spice blend.
  3. 3. Lightly spray the popcorn with cooking spray to help the spices stick.
  4. 4. Sprinkle half of the spice blend over the popcorn and toss well to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Repeat the process by spraying the popcorn again and adding the remaining spice blend. Toss until the popcorn is fully coated.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy your sweet and spicy masala popcorn as a flavorful dinner snack.
