Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mango Totapuri Raw (Kaccha Kairi)
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Pineapple Juice
- 1 pack (100 g) Catch Red Kuti Mirch
- 300 ml Puramate Pancake Maple Syrup
- 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 500 G Star White Pepper Masala Powder
- 100 g Agro Mantra Cinnamon Powder /Dalchini
Instructions
- 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of diced mango, 1 cup of honey, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of ground clove, 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper.
- 2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mango softens and the glaze thickens.
- 4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the glaze cool slightly. If a smoother texture is desired, blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender.
- 5. Use the glaze to baste on your preferred Jain-friendly dish during the last 15 minutes of cooking, or serve it as a side condiment.
