Sauteed Bell Peppers with Jain Seasoning recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 g Organic Certified Green Capsicum (Donne Menasinakaayi)
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and slice 5 green bell peppers into thin strips.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over low heat.
  3. 3. Add the sliced green bell peppers to the skillet and cover with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  4. 4. Remove the lid and increase the heat to medium. Continue cooking the peppers until they are lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  5. 5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of a (made without onion or garlic). Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve warm as a main dish or side.
