Ingredients
- 1 Bunch x 2 Coriander Leaves (Kotthambari)
- 400 g Pastazara Peeled Tomatoes In Tomato Juice
- 200 g Sweet Corn Peeled
- 500 g Whole Farm Grocery Rajma Chitra
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Turmeric Powder | Arisina Pudi Combo
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a medium-sized saucepan, add 2 cups of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of cooked black beans, and 1 cup of sweet corn kernels.
- 2. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of hing (asafoetida), 1 tsp of cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder over the ingredients.
- 3. Stir well and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 4. Adjust seasoning with 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- 5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh cilantro leaves and paired with warm flatbread or rice.
