Ingredients
- 1 pc (500 ml) Grb Ghee | Bottle | Pure & Classic
- 100 g Chilli Green
- 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
- 1 Bunch x 2 Mint Leaves
- 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
Instructions
- 1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1/4 cup chopped green chilies and mint to the pan. Cook for 1 minute to release their flavors.
- 3. Pour in 1/2 cup coconut cream and add 1/2 tsp and salt to taste. Heat the mixture until it is just about to boil, then remove from heat.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Return the sauce to the saucepan.
- 5. Bring the sauce to a boil over high heat and cook, stirring frequently, until it reduces and thickens slightly.
- 6. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add 1 package of peas and cook until the water returns to a boil. Drain the peas.
- 7. Combine the drained peas with the cream sauce in the saucepan. Cover and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve hot.
