- 200 g Lemon
- 110 g Keya Foods Tacos Nachos Spice Mix
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
Instructions
- 1. In a large oblong container or a dish big enough to fit in your refrigerator, place 500 g of paneer cubes, ensuring there is enough room around the edges for the marinade to coat thoroughly.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups lemon juice, 1/2 cup tamarind paste, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well to create the marinade.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the paneer cubes, ensuring they are fully submerged. Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 5 hours, turning the paneer cubes once halfway through to ensure even marination.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 5. Remove the paneer cubes from the marinade and arrange them on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping the cubes halfway through, until they are golden and slightly crisp on the edges.
- 6. While the paneer bakes, prepare a side salad or steamed vegetables to serve alongside.
- 7. Once baked, remove the paneer from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with your choice of sides, such as salad, naan, or rice.
