  • 100 g Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 250g Coriander

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the dosa batter by combining ragi flour, rice flour, yogurt, salt, and lukewarm water. Whisk until smooth, cover, and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a skillet. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté until onions are golden.
  3. Step 3: Add lamb mince to the skillet and cook on medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  4. Step 4: Add chopped tomato, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and red chili powder. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is fragrant and slightly dry. Garnish with coriander leaves and set aside.
  5. Step 5: Heat a flat griddle and grease it lightly with coconut oil. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it thinly in a circular shape. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until slightly crispy. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat for remaining batter.
