Ingredients

  • 175 g Lemon - Imported
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 1 kg Satyam Sugar
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Ltr Sarwar Salad Oil
  • 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet

Instructions

  1. 1. In a blender, combine 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 3 tbsp salad oil, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and the juice of 1 lemon.
  2. 2. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding a pinch more salt or sugar to balance flavors.
  4. 4. Transfer the dressing to a serving bowl or jar.
