Ingredients
- 1 Combo Tendercuts Chicken Curry Cut Skinless 450G + Fresh Eggs White Eggs 6 Pieces
- 200 g Meisterwurst Frankfurter Pork Sausage
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
- 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
- 175 g Lemon - Imported
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 415 g Kissan Sweet & Spicy Chilli Ketchup
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
- 200 g Green Peas (Peeled)
- - Butter
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 100 g Habanero Hot Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Place 1 whole chicken in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until the chicken is fully cooked, about 45 minutes. Remove the chicken, let it cool, then debone and cut into small pieces. Reserve the broth.
- 2. In a large pot, brown 500 g of sausage over medium heat until cooked through. Add 1 diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 cup of tomato puree, 1 cup of green peas, and 5 diced potatoes. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Add 2 cups of reserved chicken broth and the chopped chicken pieces to the pot. Stir to incorporate.
- 5. Simmer the stew uncovered over low heat for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Adjust the consistency by adding more chicken broth if needed.
- 6. Season the stew with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp salt, and pepper to taste. For additional flavor, add Kissan Sweet & Spicy Chilli Ketchup for sweetness or Habanero Hot Sauce for heat, as desired.
- 7. Serve the stew hot as a hearty dinner option.
