- 300G Pure Sweet Potato Starch, 300G
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Onion Large 1 Each
- - Saffola Classic Masala Oats
- 1 Kg Superfine Gram Flour, 1Kg
- 100G Borwicks Baking Powder, 100G
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a medium-sized baking dish with olive oil.
- 2. Peel and chop the carrots and radish into small cubes, ensuring they are evenly sized for uniform cooking.
- 3. Boil the red lentils in a pot with 500ml water until tender, about 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until golden and aromatic.
- 5. Add the chopped carrots and radish to the skillet, stir well, and cook for 10 minutes until slightly softened.
- 6. Mix the cooked lentils into the skillet with the vegetables, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- 7. Combine Pure Sweet Potato Starch and Borwicks Baking Powder in a bowl with Saffola Classic Masala Oats and Harina Pan to create a crumbly topping mixture.
