Ingredients
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
- 1 pack (500 g) Natureland Organics Chana Besan
- 4.6 ltr Saffola Active Refined Cooking Oil Blend Of Rice Bran & Soyabean Oil
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 cup of rice in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup chickpea flour, and 1 tsp salt. Mix well until a thick batter forms.
- 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a thin layer of cooking oil.
- 4. Spoon the batter into the skillet, forming small patties. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- 5. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 6. Serve warm as a main dish for dinner, paired with your favorite salad or dipping sauce.
