- 400 g Urban Platter San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 1L & Mustard Oil 1L Pet
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Rice Flour/Rice Atta
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Slice 3 large tomatoes into thick crosswise slices and set them aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika for added flavor.
- 3. Coat each tomato slice thoroughly with the dry mixture, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the coated tomato slices into the oil and fry them until they turn golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 5. Remove the fried tomato slices from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot as a crispy and flavorful dinner option.
