- 250 G Onion Shallots 300g
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 165 Ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk Mini
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml

- 1. Peel and dice the chayote squash and carrots into small cubes for even cooking.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic to prepare the aromatics for the stew base.
- 3. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
