Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 200 g Shrimpop Tandoori Torpedo Shrimp
- 200 g Old Hill Red Cheddar Cheese Block
- 400 g Wickedgud 2X Fiber Penne Pasta | No Maida | Durum Wheat Semolina | Brown Rice | Healthy Diet Pasta
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 kg Satyam Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion, 1/2 cup diced green pepper, 1 can of tomatoes (undrained), 2 teaspoons of salt, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened.
- 3. Stir in 2 cups of fresh shrimp, ensuring they are evenly coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are just cooked through.
- 4. In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer cooked pasta (about 300 g, cooked according to package instructions) and the shrimp-tomato mixture alternately, starting and ending with the sauce.
- 5. Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
