A hearty and satisfying baked broccoli dish, perfect for dinner. This eggetarian-friendly recipe combines tender broccoli, creamy cheese, and a crispy breadcrumb topping for a delightful meal solution.
Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes over medium heat and sauté 1/4 cup of finely chopped Sambar Onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, to form a roux.
- 4. Gradually add 1/4 cup of finely chopped broccoli to the roux, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- 5. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli mixture with the remaining broccoli florets.
- 6. Mix the broccoli mixture thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
- 7. In a separate bowl, prepare a mixture using 1/4 cup of Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free) and water to create a binding consistency. Gently fold this mixture into the broccoli mixture to maintain the airy texture.
- 8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle oats flour on top for a crispy finish.
- 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
- 10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
