- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 70 Gms Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 50G Green Chilies
- 200 g Table Salt
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
Instructions
- 1. Gather all ingredients: 4 large eggs, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 medium onion (finely chopped), 1 medium tomato (finely chopped), 1 green chili (finely chopped), 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, salt to taste, and fresh coriander leaves (chopped).
- 2. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk them thoroughly until well combined.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the finely chopped onion to the pan and sauté until it turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Add the finely chopped green chili to the pan and sauté for another 1 minute.
- 6. Add the finely chopped tomato to the pan and cook until it softens, about 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Lower the heat and add 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- 8. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan, ensuring they spread evenly over the sautéed mixture.
- 9. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon garam masala evenly over the eggs.
- 10. Cook the omelette on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
- 11. Gently flip the omelette using a spatula and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- 12. Garnish the omelette with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 13. Remove the omelette from the pan and place it on a serving plate.
