- 1 piece Mango
- 10 g Agar Agar
- 250 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 g Sugar
- Loose Cardamom

- 1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces, then blend them into a smooth puree.
- 2. In a saucepan, combine the Cocomama coconut milk, mangoe puree, 2 tablespoons of Madhur sugar, and a pinch of Katdare green cardamom powder.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat while stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves.
- 4. Meanwhile, dissolve the Puramate agar agar in 50ml of warm water, ensuring no lumps remain.
- 5. Add the dissolved agar agar to the saucepan and stir well until the mixture thickens slightly.
