- 2 Pieces Daily Apple
- 500 g Dairy Craft Unsalted White Butter
- 710 ml Abbie'S Classic Pancake Syrup
- 1pc Butternut Squash
- 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Boil 12 medium butternut squash in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain, let cool, and peel.
- 3. Slice the peeled butternut squash into thin rounds. Core and peel 3 apples, then slice them thinly.
- 4. In a casserole dish, layer the butternut squash slices and apple slices alternately.
- 5. In a saucepan, melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of syrup, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir until the mixture thickens into a glaze, about 5 minutes.
- 6. Pour the glaze evenly over the layered butternut squash and apples in the casserole dish.
- 7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the glaze is bubbly.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
