Ingredients

  • 2 Pieces Daily Apple
  • 500 g Dairy Craft Unsalted White Butter
  • 710 ml Abbie'S Classic Pancake Syrup
  • 1pc Butternut Squash
  • 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
  • 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Boil 12 medium butternut squash in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain, let cool, and peel.
  3. 3. Slice the peeled butternut squash into thin rounds. Core and peel 3 apples, then slice them thinly.
  4. 4. In a casserole dish, layer the butternut squash slices and apple slices alternately.
  5. 5. In a saucepan, melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of syrup, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir until the mixture thickens into a glaze, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Pour the glaze evenly over the layered butternut squash and apples in the casserole dish.
  7. 7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the glaze is bubbly.
