Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g x 2 Milky Mist Butter Chiplet Pack
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Amul Diced Cheddar
  • 115 g Epigamia Crunch Cup Greek Yogurt With Granola
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped
  • 12.5 g Knorr Cream Of Broccoli Cas
  • 2 x 100 g Saucery Mini Crostini - Pack Of 2

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. 3. Cook 500 g spinach as directed on the package, then drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp finely chopped onion, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 cup cream of asparagus soup, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup shredded sharp cheese, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  5. 5. Fold in 2 1/2 cups of croutons into the mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining 1 cup of croutons.
  7. 7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the dish is bubbling. Let it cool slightly before serving.
