About this recipe

This eggetarian-friendly spinach dip served in a crusty bread bowl is perfect for dinner. Creamy and flavorful, it's paired with bread cubes for a satisfying and easy-to-prepare meal.

Ingredients

  • 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
  • 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 380 g The Baker'S Dozen High Protein Fourgrain Sourdough (Zero Maida Bread)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 packet vegetable soup mix, and 1 cup finely chopped spinach. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.
  2. 2. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped water chestnuts and 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to incorporate.
  3. 3. Take two round sourdough loaves of bread and cut a circle in the top. Hollow out the inside to create a bowl, leaving enough bread to maintain structure.
  4. 4. Fill the hollowed-out bread bowl with the prepared spinach dip mixture, smoothing the top.
  5. 5. Cut the second loaf of sourdough bread into bite-sized cubes for dipping. Arrange the cubes around the bread bowl on a serving platter.
  6. 6. Serve the spinach dip bread bowl with a small knife or spoon for spreading the dip onto the bread cubes. Enjoy!
