Ingredients
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 380 g The Baker'S Dozen High Protein Fourgrain Sourdough (Zero Maida Bread)
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 packet vegetable soup mix, and 1 cup finely chopped spinach. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.
- 2. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped water chestnuts and 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion to the mixture. Stir thoroughly to incorporate.
- 3. Take two round sourdough loaves of bread and cut a circle in the top. Hollow out the inside to create a bowl, leaving enough bread to maintain structure.
- 4. Fill the hollowed-out bread bowl with the prepared spinach dip mixture, smoothing the top.
- 5. Cut the second loaf of sourdough bread into bite-sized cubes for dipping. Arrange the cubes around the bread bowl on a serving platter.
- 6. Serve the spinach dip bread bowl with a small knife or spoon for spreading the dip onto the bread cubes. Enjoy!
