Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 100 g x 2 Milky Mist Butter Chiplet Pack
  • 670Ml Winn Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Fill a large pot with 6 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. 2. While the water is heating, prepare the herb butter by mixing 1 stick of softened butter with 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and 1 teaspoon of vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. 3. Once the water is boiling, add the corn cobs to the pot. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the corn kernels are tender.
  4. 4. Remove the corn from the pot using tongs and place it on a serving platter.
