Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Olive Oil
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 28 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 100 g Icing Sugar
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 45G 4700bc Protein Pops Makhana Sea Salt (45g)
  • Pcs Eng Pizza Base
  • 500 G Sugar
  • - Butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 100g of Weikfield cornflour and 500g of Samrat refined MP wheat flour.
  3. 3. Add 100g of HappyChef icing sugar to the flour mixture.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, beat 6 Yojana poultry white power eggs until frothy.
  5. 5. Stir in 28ml of Harveys vanilla flavouring essence and 2 tablespoons of Figaro olive oil to the beaten eggs.
  6. 6. Gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  7. 7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. 8. Spoon a tablespoon of batter onto the baking sheet and spread into a thin circle.
  9. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  10. 10. Remove from the oven and quickly place a fortune strip in the center of each cookie.
  11. 11. Fold the cookie in half to form a semi-circle and gently bend the edges downward to create the fortune cookie shape.
