Ingredients
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Cheese Slices
- 140 g Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 120 g Burger Buns
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 Kg Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Garlic
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 300 g Ginger Paste
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ginger paste, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and an egg. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
- 2. Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into round patties of about 1 inch thickness.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan or grill on medium heat. Add a little oil and cook the chicken patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- 4. Once the patties are done, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt slightly. Remove the patties from the pan and set aside.
- 5. Toast the burger buns on the same pan with a little butter until golden and crisp on the inside.
- 6. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of each bun. Add a layer of lettuce, followed by the chicken patty with melted cheddar cheese. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top, then add tomato and onion slices.
- 7. Cover the burgers with the top half of the buns. Serve hot with fries or a side of your choice.
