- 25 g Parsley
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
- 1 set King Krab Bow & Arrow - Orange
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Season 4 flounder fillets with salt and place them in a shallow baking pan.
- 3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped celery stalk, and 4 finely chopped parsley. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in 1 lb crab stick and 1/2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp. Season with salt to taste and cook until the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Add 1 cup bread crumbs to the skillet and mix well until the stuffing holds together.
- 6. Divide the stuffing evenly among the flounder fillets, placing a mound of stuffing on each fillet.
- 7. Dot the stuffed flounder with 1 tbsp butter and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
