Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
- 500ml Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 100 g Garlic
- - Worcestershire Sauce
- - Mustard Paste
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt
- - Tomato Ketchup
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined but do not overwork the mixture.
- 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into individual meatloaves. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each loaf.
- 4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, soy sauce, and a splash of water. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened.
- 5. Brush the glaze generously over each meatloaf, reserving some glaze for later.
- 6. Bake the meatloaves in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking (at the 12-minute mark), brush more of the reserved glaze over the meatloaves for extra flavor and shine.
- 7. Check the internal temperature of the meatloaves with a meat thermometer; they should reach 74°C (165°F) when fully cooked. If needed, bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- 8. Remove the meatloaves from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
