Ingredients

  • 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
  • 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
  • 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
  • 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add 1 cup of diced mushrooms to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Stir in 1 package of mixed vegetables and cook for 3 minutes to combine flavors.
  4. 4. Add 1 pound of cherry tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Pour in 3 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
  6. 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the chowder simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
