Ingredients
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
- 200 g Sambar Onion Peeled (Sambar Kanda)
- 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 200 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of diced onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add 1 cup of diced mushrooms to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Stir in 1 package of mixed vegetables and cook for 3 minutes to combine flavors.
- 4. Add 1 pound of cherry tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well.
- 5. Pour in 3 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently.
- 6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the chowder simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 7. Serve hot and enjoy your vegetarian tomato chowder.
