  • 500 g Carrot
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Zucchini Green
  • 51 g Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Amul Diced Cheddar
  • 990 g Kellogg'S Oats

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Thinly slice 2 carrots, 1 onion, and 2 zucchinis. Arrange them in layers in a baking dish, starting with carrots, followed by onion, and then zucchini.
  3. 3. Pour 1 can of tomato soup evenly over the vegetable layers, ensuring all layers are coated.
  4. 4. Sprinkle 1 cup of oats over the top of the tomato soup layer, pressing them gently into the soup.
  5. 5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the foil, sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
