- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Ketchup Glass
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 1 pack (500 g) Meatzza Fresh-Chicken-Mince
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 50 g On1Y Onion Powder
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 egg, 1/3 cup tomato paste, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder. Mix until well blended.
- 3. Squeeze excess moisture from 1/2 package of spinach and add it to the bowl. Stir until evenly incorporated.
- 4. Add 1 lb chicken mince to the mixture and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
- 6. Remove the loaf from the oven and spread 2 tbsp catsup evenly over the top. Sprinkle 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese over the catsup.
- 7. Return the loaf to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 8. Let the meat loaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
