- 100 g The Select Aisle Baking Soda
- 500 g Honeyman Multi Flower Honey
- 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 40 g On1Y Ginger Powder
- 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 5 kg Organic Tattva Whole Wheat Flour Chakki Atta
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup vegetable oil, and 1/2 cup molasses. Mix until smooth.
- 2. Add 2 eggs to the mixture and beat until fully incorporated.
- 3. In a separate bowl, sift together 3 cups all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
- 4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- 5. Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 7. Drop teaspoon-sized portions of the chilled dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are medium brown and set.
- 9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
