Ingredients

  • 500 g Carrot
  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
  • 25 g Parsley
  • 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
  • 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
  • 1 pack (500 g) Meatzza Fresh-Chicken-Mince
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Place 2 carrots, 1 celery stalk, and 1 onion in the container of a food processor or blender. Process with on/off action until finely chopped, or shred by hand if preferred.
  3. 3. Heat a frypan over medium heat and add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock. Stir in the chopped vegetables and cook for 7 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
  4. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining 1/2 cup of vegetable stock, 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Add the cooked vegetables and 1 pound of chicken mince to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  6. 6. Shape the mixture into a firm loaf approximately 2 inches thick and place it in a shallow baking dish large enough to allow juices to drain away from the meat loaf.
  7. 7. Bake the meat loaf in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. 8. Remove the meat loaf from the oven and transfer it immediately to a warm serving platter to prevent fat absorption.
  9. 9. Slice the meat loaf into 1 1/2-inch thick portions and serve warm.
