- 500 g Carrot
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 25 g Parsley
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 1 pack (500 g) Meatzza Fresh-Chicken-Mince
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Place 2 carrots, 1 celery stalk, and 1 onion in the container of a food processor or blender. Process with on/off action until finely chopped, or shred by hand if preferred.
- 3. Heat a frypan over medium heat and add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock. Stir in the chopped vegetables and cook for 7 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining 1/2 cup of vegetable stock, 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Mix well.
- 5. Add the cooked vegetables and 1 pound of chicken mince to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- 6. Shape the mixture into a firm loaf approximately 2 inches thick and place it in a shallow baking dish large enough to allow juices to drain away from the meat loaf.
- 7. Bake the meat loaf in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- 8. Remove the meat loaf from the oven and transfer it immediately to a warm serving platter to prevent fat absorption.
- 9. Slice the meat loaf into 1 1/2-inch thick portions and serve warm.
