- 397 g American Garden Yellow Mustard (Banjo)-14Oz
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix 1 can of tuna, 1/4 cup mustard, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely diced green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
- 2. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll each ball in the remaining 3/4 cup bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- 3. Flatten the balls into patty shapes and refrigerate them for 30 minutes to firm up.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
