- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 10 g Fresh Thyme
- 100 g Baby Spinach
- 500 G Star White Pepper Masala Powder
- 50 g Zoff Premium Indian Bay Leaf
- 500 ml Colavita White Wine Vinegar
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
Instructions
- 1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until slightly browned, stirring frequently, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon oregano. Add 1 cup of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3. While the broth mixture simmers, rinse 1 bunch of fresh spinach and chop it finely. Set aside.
- 4. After the broth mixture has simmered, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Remove the bay leaf and skim off any fat.
- 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream, 1 cup of mayonnaise, the prepared spinach, and 1 can of finely chopped water chestnuts. Mix well.
- 6. Gradually stir in the cooled broth mixture into the spinach mixture until fully combined. Adjust seasoning with a pinch of white pepper if desired.
- 7. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with fresh vegetable sticks or diabetic-friendly crackers.
