- 200 g Tendercuts Chicken 65 Boneless
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
- 1 kg Tata Plus Iron Health, Double Fortified Salt
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
- 450G Sarwar Onion Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp cumin, 2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oregano, 4 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp salt, 3 tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tbsp celery salt.
- 2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until evenly blended.
- 3. For burgers, sprinkle the spice mix into 500 g of raw ground beef, mix well, and form into patties.
- 4. Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), about 4-5 minutes per side.
- 5. Alternatively, use the spice mix as a rub for chicken by coating 500 g of chicken pieces evenly before grilling or roasting.
