- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
- 2 x 295 g Britannia Nutrichoice Sugar Free Healthy & Digestive Crackers Cracker - Pack Of 2
- 125 g Golden Prize Sardine In Oil With Chili

- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup of diced green pepper, 1 cup of cracker crumbs, and 400 g of sardines (drained and flaked). Mix thoroughly until well combined.
