- 25 g Parsley
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 720 Ml Freshows Jalapeno Sliced
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 pack (500 g) Meatzza Fresh-Chicken-Mince
- 990 g Kellogg'S Oats
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 2 pcs Capsicum Green
- 900 g - 1 kg Onion
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb chicken mince, 1 egg, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper, 1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeno, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- 3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
- 4. Cover the loaf pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
- 5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
