- 25 g Parsley
- 150 g Mooz Cream Cheese
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 100 g The Baker'S Dozen Zero Maida Pita Bread, Whole Wheat
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the 12 pita bread on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 oz cream cheese, 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
- 3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the toasted pita bread slices.
- 4. Slice the 1/4 lb salmon into thin pieces and place one slice on top of each prepared toast.
- 5. Garnish each toast with a small sprig of fresh parsley for added flavor and presentation. Serve immediately.
