- 990 g Kellogg'S Oats
- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, blend 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, and 3/4 cup softened butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- 2. Pat half of this crumbly mixture evenly into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch microwave-safe baking dish to form the base layer.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups cherries, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2 drops of red food color until well combined.
- 4. Spread the cherry mixture evenly over the crumb base in the baking dish.
- 5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture evenly over the cherry layer to form the topping.
- 6. Microwave the dish on high for 8-10 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the cherry filling is bubbling.
