- 200 g Cremeitalia Cream Cheese
- 10 pcs Hen Fruit -10 Jumbo Size Antibiotic Free Speciality Eggs
- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Baby Spinach
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Squeeze any excess liquid from the thawed spinach to ensure the dish doesn't become watery.
- 3. In a blender, combine 300 g spinach, 1 large egg, 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and the prepared spinach. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- 4. Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with butter or a non-stick spray.
- 5. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- 6. Sprinkle an additional 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the top is puffed and golden brown.
