Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 16 g Orika Oregano
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 500 g salmon (flaked), 1 egg (beaten), 1/2 cup mashed potato, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, and 1/2 tsp dried oregano. Mix until well combined.
- 3. Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- 4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup bread crumbs evenly over the top of the salmon mixture.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.
