Ingredients

  • 25 g Parsley
  • 250 g Freshtohomefresh Baasa /Pangasius - Boneless Fillet
  • 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
  • 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
  • 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 1 Kg R.C. Fish

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 tablespoon of finely minced spring onion until well combined.
  3. 3. Place 2 pounds of fish fillets in the prepared baking dish and evenly spread the sour cream mixture over the top of the fish.
  4. 4. In another bowl, combine 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the fish.
  5. 5. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and drizzle it over the bread crumb topping.
  6. 6. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve immediately with your choice of sides for a delicious and easy dinner.
