Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 250 g Freshtohomefresh Baasa /Pangasius - Boneless Fillet
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 1 Kg R.C. Fish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 tablespoon of finely minced spring onion until well combined.
- 3. Place 2 pounds of fish fillets in the prepared baking dish and evenly spread the sour cream mixture over the top of the fish.
- 4. In another bowl, combine 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the fish.
- 5. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and drizzle it over the bread crumb topping.
- 6. Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- 7. Serve immediately with your choice of sides for a delicious and easy dinner.
