Ingredients
- 370G Remia Dijon Mustard
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 5Ltr Vittorio Pomace Olive Oil
- 250 g Spring Onion
- 120 g Golden Prize Pink Salmon Fillet In Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2. In a flat, shallow dish, whisk together 3/4 cup olive oil, 4 tablespoons mustard, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons finely chopped spring onion until well combined.
- 3. Place the salmon fillets in the dish and roll them in the mixture to coat both sides evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil a sheet of aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
- 5. Remove the salmon from the marinade, letting any excess drip off, and place the fillets on the prepared foil.
- 6. Grill the salmon about 4 to 6 inches from the heat source for 10 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness, or until the flesh turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- 7. Serve the grilled salmon hot, garnished with additional lemon wedges if desired.
