Grilled Mustard-Glazed Salmon recipe

About this recipe

A flavorful pescatarian dinner featuring tender salmon fillets marinated in a tangy mustard and lemon glaze, then grilled to perfection. Ideal for solution seekers looking for a quick yet satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 370G Remia Dijon Mustard
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 5Ltr Vittorio Pomace Olive Oil
  • 250 g Spring Onion
  • 120 g Golden Prize Pink Salmon Fillet In Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. In a flat, shallow dish, whisk together 3/4 cup olive oil, 4 tablespoons mustard, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 3 tablespoons finely chopped spring onion until well combined.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets in the dish and roll them in the mixture to coat both sides evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil a sheet of aluminum foil to prevent sticking.
  5. 5. Remove the salmon from the marinade, letting any excess drip off, and place the fillets on the prepared foil.
  6. 6. Grill the salmon about 4 to 6 inches from the heat source for 10 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness, or until the flesh turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. 7. Serve the grilled salmon hot, garnished with additional lemon wedges if desired.
