Ingredients
- 14 g On1Y Basil Leaves
- 100 g x 2 Milky Mist Butter Chiplet Pack
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 120 g Golden Prize Pink Salmon Fillet In Oil
- 10 g Fresh Thyme
- 10 g Thyme
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon sage, and 1 minced clove of garlic. Heat slowly over low heat until the butter is melted and the herbs are fragrant.
- 2. Remove the herb butter from heat and let it stand for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates to prevent sticking.
- 4. Season 1 1/2 pounds of salmon fillets with 1 teaspoon of salt and place them skin-side down on the grill.
- 5. Brush the salmon generously with the prepared herb butter sauce and grill for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, basting with more sauce as it cooks, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- 6. Remove the salmon from the grill and serve immediately, drizzling any remaining herb butter sauce over the top for extra flavor.
