Ingredients

  • 500 g Carrot
  • 100 g Celery
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Zucchini Yellow
  • 125 g Red Bell Pepper
  • 400G Freshos Corn Kernels
  • 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
  • 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop 2 cups of carrots, 1 cup of celery, and 1 cup of onion into small pieces. Dice 2 medium zucchini and 1 red bell pepper.
  2. 2. In a 5-quart kettle, combine the chopped carrots, celery, onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Add enough water to cover the vegetables and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Add 1 cup of diced bell pepper and 1 cup of whole kernel corn to the kettle. Stir well and simmer for an additional 10 minutes to heat through.
