- 400 g Tendercuts Chicken Breast Boneless 400G
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 125 g Cremini Mushroom
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 Piece Green Zucchini
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- 2. Arrange 2 stalks of chopped celery evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- 3. Place 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts on top of the celery. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- 4. Scatter 1 cup of diced zucchini around the chicken. Add 1 cup of diced green pepper, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and 1 cup of chopped onion evenly over the chicken and zucchini.
- 5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
