  • 400 g Tendercuts Chicken Breast Boneless 400G
  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 125 g Cremini Mushroom
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 1 Piece Green Zucchini
  • 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. 2. Arrange 2 stalks of chopped celery evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  3. 3. Place 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts on top of the celery. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  4. 4. Scatter 1 cup of diced zucchini around the chicken. Add 1 cup of diced green pepper, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and 1 cup of chopped onion evenly over the chicken and zucchini.
