Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 180 ml Mother Dairy Milk
  • 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Maida/Refined Wheat Flour
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and slice 2 large onions into thick rings, separating each layer carefully.
  2. 2. In a bowl, soak the onion rings in 250 ml of milk for 30 minutes to soften and enhance flavor.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg until smooth. In another bowl, place 100 g of all-purpose flour.
  4. 4. Remove the onion rings from the milk, dip each ring into the beaten egg, and then coat it thoroughly with the flour.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot. Fry the coated onion rings in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
  6. 6. Remove the fried onion rings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. 7. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt evenly over the onion rings while they are still hot. Serve immediately and enjoy.
