- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 180 ml Mother Dairy Milk
- 30 Pieces Dr.Hen Table White Egg 30 Pcs
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Maida/Refined Wheat Flour
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel and slice 2 large onions into thick rings, separating each layer carefully.
- 2. In a bowl, soak the onion rings in 250 ml of milk for 30 minutes to soften and enhance flavor.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg until smooth. In another bowl, place 100 g of all-purpose flour.
- 4. Remove the onion rings from the milk, dip each ring into the beaten egg, and then coat it thoroughly with the flour.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot. Fry the coated onion rings in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
- 6. Remove the fried onion rings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 7. Sprinkle 1 tsp of salt evenly over the onion rings while they are still hot. Serve immediately and enjoy.
